  1. Well, I have been ready for quite a wee while, to make changes re., lifestyle choice in terms of food choices and movement to assist in a better and more agile way of living. However, at present, I have the characteristics of a sloth with the mndset of a prize winning athlete (i.e., good intentions but stilled motivation). I definitely need ALL the help I can get to turn my `slothness’ into purposfulness. I am looking forward to see what this course has to offer and see what I can onboard to change `things’ around. I am a hopeless meal planner and an even more hopeless meal plan follower … just do not have the time (which, incidentally is not true but this well coined phrase is successfully convincing for me). Hopefully, I can reverse my pre-diabetes and see positive changes in my hypertension (where medication is not a consideration).

    I really cannot understand where the youthful self motvativated me has gone and how I have managed to allow myself to slip into a state of momentary dis-repair. Any help will be gratefully welcomed.

    Like I noted previously, I am ready change.

Hi I might need extra help to lose weight I would like to be on ozempic I can’t do it on my own I have been trying so hard and I find myself gaining weight instead my mobility is very difficult from arthritis and past injury in my ankle and my neck also stops me from doing simple house work specially standing more than 20-30 minutes at a time doing dishes or cooking.The pain in my neck and ankle get very severe to the point I feel like fainting so It is very hard for me to lose weight.Thank you Laila
